Help Training Summoning!

I'm very new to Summoning, haven't really trained it at all. I'm currently level 12... yea I know I suck.. I've been letting my charms pile up for a while and I think I have enough to start using them. The thing is, I want to make the best use of them I can.. here is what I have:

 

- 940 Gold

- 467 Green

- 1030 Crimson

- 73 Blue

 

Can someone tell me how to go about using them? I understand the concept of training it, making the pouches and whatnot, but if someone could please take the time to tell me what to make in what order, that would be great.. Money isn't an issue, but if someone could also tell me approx. how much I'd have to spend. Also, what level do you think I should have roughly once I'm done with all the charms??
