RoW + Lumb Home Tele questions.

I've been doing lvl 1 clues for fun and i have my RoW equipped but i was wondering, does the RoW effect what you get from clue's reward OR does it only effect the chance to get a clue scroll as a drop?

 

Also, i was wondering if maybe in a hidden update jagex changed the timer on the Lumbridge Home Teleport. It only takes me 10-15 mins tops to both get a clue and complete it and once i finish the clue im able to use the home teleport again even though it's suppose to be 30 mins between uses.

Supposedly - the RoW does increase the chances of you getting a "rare" for TT.

However, how the game determines a "rare" item may not be in your favor (i.e they may increase the chance of a rune (t) plate body or something but not the chances of a "not" rare Zammy page)

Most of this is speculation (what is considered rare or not) but I would still use it if I'm completing a large amount of clue scrolls.

oh wow i didnt know that lol thank you, i quit for about 6 months and i just recently started playing a lot again.

 

@Litter, Thank you, im still getting to know how the new RoW works so i wasnt sure if it worked on the clue rewards or if it only worked on the chance to get a clue from a monster drop.
