I just finished the Fairy Tale Part 2 quest, and it turns out that the skill lamp can only be used on skills which are level 30 or over (not 'any skill' as the guide currently says).

Any chance you still remember the name/have a picture of that lamp? I can't seem to find it in our database.

I recall that it was red, it was called an 'Antique lamp' and it had a destroy option which said I couldn't get it back if I destroyed it. I didn't take a picture of it though (well, I cropped it out so I don't have one).
