Wind Rush

Featured Replies

Just a thought (more for completeness than true necessity really), but wind rush should be included as a spell on the magic calculator. I am close to a new magic level and was thinking of simply wind rushing my way there, but curious how long it would take and whether simply paying the money for runes would be smarter.

Either way, this would make the magic calculator more complete. Thanks for listening.

Wind rushing = slow and I don't think you can auto cast it.

If you're going through all that trouble - you might as well buy some real runes.

You can auto cast it. You get 2.? something exp per cast (Splash) since I got mostly 3 exp per cast with some occasional 2 exp splashes.

With regards to leveling, buying some runes would be the faster and smarter option.

With regards to adding it to the calculator we will need to wait on Bogs to see what they can/will/want to do.

The base XP given by the spell is 2.7; with a maximum hit of 10 it'd do an average of 5 damage, for an average of 2.7 + (5 * 0.2) = 3.7 XP if I'm not mistaken? I'll have to verify that, so if somebody could confirm that I'll go ahead and add it.

The spell indeed seems to give 3.7 XP on average. It has been added to the calculator and planner.
