  1. This is a small suggestion, but the term "maximum" and "minimum" price should be modified for items. With free trade, there is no maximum or minimum Grand Exchange price anymore. Rather, the correct title would be -5% or +5%, or it could even be removed at this point. Thanks for your time.
  2. Just a thought (more for completeness than true necessity really), but wind rush should be included as a spell on the magic calculator. I am close to a new magic level and was thinking of simply wind rushing my way there, but curious how long it would take and whether simply paying the money for runes would be smarter. Either way, this would make the magic calculator more complete. Thanks for listening. Waterfish333
  3. I have to agree with Squalling on this one. It might seem clearly marked, but I recall using this guide twice (once for the quest, the second time to get a gregre because I had stupidly thrown away the other one and needed it for RFD). Anyway, both times, I was captured simply looking for the "big house." I don't think the guide is wrong in this case, just slightly unclear because of the use of the term "big" which is subjective. I would recommend changing the wording slightly as well. Just thought I throw in my support and opinion. Still, I would like to thank tip.it for everything, your guides are still the clearest 99% of the time and I always use your site when playing. Thanks for your hard work.
  4. Not a big deal, but technically Desert Treasure is required for the final fight of Recipe for Disaster, and currently only the Temple of Sorrenstan (spelling is way off, sorry) is listed as a linked quest. Just wanted to point that out. Thanks for your time.
  5. I agree with Skillcape argument. Think about it, F2Pers work harder for 99 than members do. it would make sense to me that, if anyone deserves recognition for getting 99 skills, it would be free players.
  6. On your Blast Furnace mini-game page, you state that 214 is the maximum number of coal that can be added to the blast furnace. I believe that used to be true, but currently 201 coal is the maximum amount of coal the Blast Furnace can hold. Edit: Another problem I noticed is that you say "the fenced in area." As a small side note, the area is no longer fenced in (to the cheers of smithers everywhere). Another small note, but this wouldn't really affect anyone, the first one may, but probably not.
  7. Well, they really wouldn't need to move all the skill cape locations, just the f2p skills, and many are already in f2p locations. Another thing to consider is Jagex isn't too concerned (apparently) with making the skill capes accessible to those with a more dedicated 99 (pures and str./att. capes in warrior's guild, which a pure could not enter). I would personally like to see those moved, even if not to f2p location. Anyway, I don't think it would be that big a deal, and I would like to at least see the capes become f2p items, so members who let their membership run out could still equip, use emote, and bank the capes.
  8. I would even go one step further and suggest that the columns be sortable based on ore type and number. ie., if you clicked on adamantite, the mine with the most adamantite ore would move to the top, then next, and so on, and the mines without those ore would simply stay in alphabetical order. Just a futher suggestion, but I really like the columns idea.
  9. Lol, never thought about it in the Haunted Mine, but apparently Jagex was one step ahead of you :P. Anyway, I completely agree that all quests that need a lightsource should mention it, because it still saves at least 1 inv. spot and never goes out.
  10. I noticed in the Contact! quest guide, you make no mention of the Seer's Village headband. I have tried the quest both with and without it (not with two different characters. Let's just say the boss isn't very nice). The headband makes the quest 5X easier in the dungeon because there is no worry about the light going on, as well as providing an extra 2 inv. spaces (tinderbox isn't necessary.) Just though that small tip should be in the quest guide.
  11. On whatever you want. They're like a genie lamp, only with a set amount of Xp.
  12. I'm not sure the xp per hour, but if you have both lunars and dream mentor, buying vials and using humidify is a good way to make money while training magic. Just throwing that out there.
  13. As a free player, there are limited options to pass the time as I wait for my trade to complete. I choose to runecraft airs in my spare time. I was glancing through tip.it's guide, and I noticed the air crafting section could be improved. Here's the steps I take: (I know there's no way the guide could reflect the new music men, I'm just suggesting a change now. Also, this method will work in F2P, and the current method does not.) 1.) Turn and leave run on. 2.) Grab at least 50 law and 50 water runes, and then 26 rune essence (wearing lumby ring 3, air staff, and air tiara.) 3.) Cabbage teleport and run southwest. 4.) Charge run energy at the new music man at southwest corner of farmhouse. 5.) Run to air altar and craft air runes. 6.) Cast tele to falador 7.) Run to west bank, bank all air runes, grab 26 new rune essence, and repeat from step 2. I hope this helps, it works for free players as well as members, and I believe is faster than the current listed method. Thanks for listening and please give any feedback.
  14. Yea, i do agree with that. I can understand a limit to staking, say a couple 100k or so, but 3k is insanely low for a "high stakes duel" The problem I have is that I may want to participate in a high stakes duel, but not have an hour or two to stay on continuously to participate in the 64 player tourney.
