Curses or Prayers for Armadyl GWD?

Seeing how an entire attack plan at Jad revolves around the damage from Deflection Curses, I was wondering -

Kree'arra's max hit with Ranged is over 700 iirc.

Are Curses better there than Prayers?

What if I have Rigour unlocked?

Is there any known measurement of the bonus damage on Dagannoths given from completing the Elite Frem. Diary?

Rigour + chaotic crossbow is better. The deflection damage isn't very significant compared to the damage output of the crossbow with rigour. As far as I'm aware, a hand cannon is even better if you have pernix.

No, definitely leeches if you don't have rigour.

General consensus is 5% bonus damage on DKs

Thought it would be more significant, although I realize with all the other bonuses 5% is quite a bit...
