Cheat Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 I have been trying to recover my account which has been stolen or at the very least I can no longer log into with a password that was working yesterday. I am supplying recovery answers that I believe to be correct although they were set a long time ago. I am supplying previous passwords including what I think is the original. I know the original ISP and subsequent ones. I know SMS billing pins but at no point am I asked for them. The form asks for a billing email address although I did not ever give Jagex my email when buying subscriptions as they were by SMS. I provide original post code. Basically I provide information I believe to be good and yet I am sent an instant and automated reply telling me the information has been denied. I had access to this account less than 24 hours ago and now I'm completely miffed - is there anything I can do or have I just lost a maxed melee account that was about to get turmoil? Mylez Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 No. You should have sorted out the email address problem earlier, that might be the deciding factor as to why you can't recover your account.
