i dont think you can edit movies into frames.... not sure though... and what are you currently using, might help

For pics print srcn, piant, and photoshop.

You can use imageready to convert video into gif, if you've got it.

Try a program called Fraps.

i just tried.. didnt work for me...

Take the vid you want to make into frames, and put it into its own folder. (make sure its like avi or mpeg) then in imageready go to file> import> files from folder, and then choose the folder.
