Desert Treasure In One Night

Featured Replies

"Desert Treasure In One Night" (that's right. from insufficient stats, to ancients like that. O SNAP!! )

OTAY!

I have been meaning to do Desert Treasure for the longest time, but I always seemed to get sidetracked by something else. I have some of the stat requirements (53 Mage, 22 Slayer,) but at like 9:30pm [Eastern, US&C] I finally said to myself, "you have Mr. Webb's History project thats overdue, AND need to write a whole essay for English 11 on Macbeth" Then, I said "Forget that boring school work, I had took SAT's this morning at 6:30, which required the vaporization of the rest of my BFF Maria Janet" Unfortunately English and American History are less important to me than staying up all night to finally get those ancient magic spells. Doing this tonight will cause me to fall asleep at noon tomorow (technically today), completely bypassing any anxiety. If I'm asleep, I can't think about those projects, so... PROBLEM SOLVED!!

Now that you understand the background info, I can move on to the real part of this post.

So I've gotten up like 10 thieving levels so far, (39 - 49) from giving S'quirk Juices to Osman.

From 39 > 44 I had to use the 'Spring' garden. I was relieved when I overcalculated how many "Autumn S'quirk Juices" it would take to get from 45 > 53. I originally thought it still required four s'quirk fruits to fill one beer mug.

Instead of picking 128 Autumn Fruits, I painstakingly maneuvered around the Elementals, and after getting thrown out of the garden a fair amount of times, I acquired just under the 70 count mark. I got sick and tired of frolicking thru gardens and picking the Autumn S'quirk fruits that I needed to get 53 thieving. So i took a break from being a fruit picker, and decided to get my firemaking up from level 40.

I warped to varrock using the tele-tab in my bank account at the Al Kharid bank, purchased 250 teak logs from the stock brokers at Wallstreet, lit them all on fire, and could now burn maple logs for xp. So thats where i am right now, at the G.E. switching back and forth between both computer windows, roasting maple logs with my zippobox (tinderbox), and am about to hit 50 firemaking on the next log i burn.

TO BE CONTINUED....

Got to level 50 Firemaking!! Thats one obstacle out of the way!!!

I used my ring of dueling to teleport to the duel arena, (5 charges left, as of now) and am making my way over to that ungrateful apprentice who's probably swearing at me in a different language that i can't understand.
