Where is the best place for me to train my defence?

I'm currently at giant spiders in the SOS is this the best place?

I think thats quite a good place. other options are flesh crawlers or cockroach soldiers? I think they are both f2p.

SOS is where F2P melee training is at. ;) So giant spiders or flesh crawlers, which ones you prefer more.

I reckon the hell hounds, and greater demons, in the old bounty hunter crater! they're awesome to train on! you may also get the odd rune drop, careful of pkers though, just go on worlds that have the least amount of people, you'll less likely to run into any pkers, but bring a some type of teleport just in-case!

 

besides that Stronghold of Security is good can be crowded though!
