For inventory go with 2-3 prayer potions, 2 spec restores, the rest rocktails. Bring a tort of rocktails as well. Always keep your spec bar above 50%. Don't start specing like mad until you have enough allys to handle the healers. When the defilers spawn attack them once to aggro them and trap them on the queen. Don't miss a spec when she charges. If you die, talk to sir tiffy in fally to tele straight to your gravestone.
