I have a budget of 50M, and need to get from 68-88 herblore and 72-82 fletching. Defiant36 Posted June 21, 2011 Share Posted June 21, 2011 Get a scroll of cleansing for herb, that makes it a lot cheaper. You can also do penguins and other stuff like that to get some free herb xp.
