Howdy guys. I've been streaming for about a month now and I want to reach out to the Tiip.it community. For those of you that do not know what streaming is, it's basically a live feed of me playing RuneScape. Normally I go bossing, dunging, or trolling with my friends. I've been told we're amusing to listen to but see for yourself and watch me play! Also, we're in the middle of a little contest. I am in need of a new logo, my old one will not suffice, so we want you guys to draw me a new one! The rules and such can be found in the description of my streaming channel. Hahaha we actually thought of the idea of people sending in their achievents (ie 99 str or a big drop at bandos) like a week ago. Glad to see we're thinking the same! For our trial podcast we are going to just put a shout out to all the tip.it ers who supported me via this thread! As for the exaggerating I don't think any of us plan on it; you will find out how un-pro we all are.

Don't waste your time at sara. You can make so much more money at arma, bandos, or corp wth your stats.

Get a scroll of cleansing before you train herb. That thing can save you mills! Once you can pot to make overloads (91), I would just make a ton of those; they are pretty good xp and I'm assuming you'll be using them anyway. I have found myself making so many overloads after 99 herb, which seems like a big waste of money, time, and xp.

Okay, now here's where you explain why. I'll take a stab at it :ugeek: It's completely unnecessary for the amount of damage it has the potential to cause. First off, what would the purpose of it be? If they announce it in advance, you'd have a situation much like bonus weekends where people hoard supplies for up to a month in advance. Unlike BEXP weekends, I'm assuming a lot of people would hold off on boss-related drops, or sell them off expecting a crash, as a result of a much larger supply. So, you'd have supplies rise and drops crash, but for what reason? BEXP weekends at least address the fact that the game is nothing but a grind, what would this solve? What he said.

But bear in mind to compete with zybez you would need to account for other peoples times zones (Zybez is 24/7), Have a large (very large) collection of music with a few dj's from different time zones willing to put their time into your station. Host events ingame during your shows... By all means go for it, i just think you wouldnt hold it out with a 3 man team. This would be the main problem, I mean Zybez djs and there team get paid I'm sure and do this for money just like espn does for sports. It would be hard to compete, but if you got the people on tip.it listening you might be able to find some talented people that would help for free. And by the way, I don't want to seem like a jerk for saying it would hard to compete, I just want to make sure that you know what your getting into before you put the effort into this. Good luck though if you try to do this! :thumbsup: Nah, you don't sound like jerk. We've been talking about this and sort of planning it for a few months now. We know what were getting into....for the most part.....I think. Also! We are going to, in a few days, record a "trial" or "pilot" episode (I guess that's what you call it for radio). I'll either create a podcast on iTunes, if I can, or have it available to download somewhere so we can get some real feedback. This would be the only not live thing we would do. We are also thinking about either making an IRC or simply using one of our RS friend chats during the show.

We were thinking about an hour long show with some 2 or 3 min breaks. So a run time of about 40 min. It would be talking during the show, music during the break. As for the topics, we were thinking about runescape updates, things that happened over the week (like if one of us got 99 pray or something), and some random other stuff that really doesn't involve runescape. We are still brainstorming ideas of course. Any suggestions would be nice.

Me and my friend are considering making a RuneScape radio show. There are similar radio shows/pod-casts all over the internet for different games such as World of Warcraft or League of Legends. What me and my friend are concerned about are two things: 1. Would anyone listen to it? Would you listen to it if we broadcasted once a week? We're thinking about every Wednesday around 7pm est. 2. We are in need of a third person. I feel that to make a good radio show you need 3 people and preferably one of them is a girl. However, we don't know any girls that would do this crazy show with us. So do you, or do you know anyone that would, want to be our third host? Please let me know what you guys think. We are still just messing around with the idea and I would really appreciate some feedback.

You might want to make some friends who dung as well. It makes time go much faster if your joking on skype or vent or whatever and you know they will be good or at least decent every time. As for your questions: - ask the keyer, normally the answer will be yes for an altar and no for fishing... but ask anyway - I usually need to pick up one or two randoms (people from 117) to dung with because I am with my friends every time I dung. I find it impossible to dung on 117 without at least two of my friends coming with me. And if your going to host.. make sure you know how to key! - A primal baxe is dropped by the boss at lvl 89 dung. His name is yk lagor the thunderous. I've seen people use a prom 2h and a primal baxe. They are pretty close replacements, though I think a prom 2h is a bit better. However, a primal baxe is better if your using tank. but don't do that unless your keying.

I believe that the gorg 2h will have higher dps and also has all 4 attack styles (correct me if im wrong), so you'll be better off with the 2h. The stats of a shield are about half of the stats of a platebody (approximation), the shield is always worse. I looked into a primal kiteshield as my third bind and was disappointed. You would probably be better off replacing the cosmics with a surgebox bind, simply because it doesn't take long to make cosmic runes every floor and it would speed up your floors if you were able to kill the warriors with magic. Look for a shadow silk hood to replace the platebody bind you currently have, it is better to use than a platebody and is dropped by night spiders, which require 41 slayer to kill. ... You can't be certain of profit from barrows in the short term though Well, considering your dungeoneering level isn't high enough to even kill them. You obviously haven't seen the amount of bots sitting there with their cannon at every dragon spawn. And besides you still make money from the runes and stuff at barrows, even if you don't get an item.

I'm pretty much in the same boat you are, I have no idea how to make good money. I just flip when my dung team isnt on and do farm runs every now and then. I make like 5-10m per day normally.
