If you mean the RS Classic board here on Tip it there is no one in charge of it. You can ask any moderator for assistance.

 

The Moderating Team can be used to contact one.

If you need a player moderator with classic access ,however, I can help you when I get home tonight.

I'm looking for a person who is in charge of the www.tip.it/rsc site, not the Runescape Classic forum :-).
