For those of you who are good with computers i need help with understanding if my computer's graphic card or video card works for a game.

 

The game is Witcher 2 Assassin of Kings

 

Graphic card requirements needed for game:

 

Minium :

VGA: Nvidia GF 8800 512 VR or similar ATI

 

Recommend:

VGA: Nvidia GeForce 260, 1 GB memory / Radeon HD 4850 with 1 GB memory

 

And here is what i think is my computer's graphic card:

ATI Radeon X1200 Series (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM)

 

I have no idea how to understand the X, numbers etc. That is why i am asking for help.
