It's a laptop, and a somewhat old one at that. If you could provide the model name I could see some more detailed specs and give you a more detailed answer, but I don't think you'll be getting amazing HD framerates with that.

yes, it will run it, but without a better gfx card it will not run smoothly.

 

my gateway FX (first gen FX) has more ram and a geforce9800 and it lags at the loading spots.
