Couldn't log in, went to account recovery.

Entered my email address and was told that an email had been sent to that address.

No email. Checked the spam folder but no luck.

Anyone know what to do in this situation? Or how to write on RSOF without an acc?

Don't you have any recovery questions set? You can try the email option again, and if it doesn't work move onto those.
