Gold charms

Featured Replies

At what point do gold charms become inefficient?

It seems that they take forever to level with, so I was just curious as to if I should even bother picking them up?

gold charms make 1500 ish profit per war tortoise atm.

you should possibly consider that.

thats about 4.5 mil gp/hour with a kyatt, ignoring time it takes you too loot the gold charms.

obviously at 99 summoning and 5 mil gp/hour+ and no goals for 200mil summoning, you'd have little incentive to loot them.

you still want some summoning xp though right? this still seems like a reasonably good deal if your not 99.

and not making on the roder of 5 mil gp/hour.

i won't calculate the actual efficiency number for you though, too many variables involved in determining how much "time" it costs you to loot gold charms :P

Fair enough. Definitely worth it granted that I still need the summoning exp. I saw the profit on the sheets, but I figured that the G.E. mids were way off. After some quick tests, I've found that it's actually around 1.1k profit per @ instant sell. More can be made if you wait longer.

Thanks for the tip Grimy!
