I recently got back into playing Runescape and started a new account so I'm looking for several different items for skilling. All of the prices listed below are fairly solid but feel free to negotiate and I will do my best to fit it into my budget.

• 3k Fire Runes for 9k gp
  
• 1k Chaos Runes for 48k gp

Curious.. Why not just buy in the ge?

 

I need to get these for the price listed above and most wont buy for said price. I don't have a huge budget and I'd like to get a lot done quickly as I am moving out of country pretty soon so I won't be playing for some time. Also I have always preferred person to person so that I have the possibility of repeat sellers rather than put up an offer in the GE and wait for several hours for half of it.
