Nothing's wrong, sometimes brewing takes a long time. Once I had to wait 5 days just to give you an example.

I honestly have no idea why you're doing chefs delights, but if you want to get mature brews, you really need to use the stuff to have any reasonable hope.

 

Other than that, brewing takes 2-5 days per vat. So what if yours has been going for 3 days? That's perfectly normal.

I'm not an efficienado.
