I find the clothes a bit plain though don't know what to do. And looking at it on the blue background makes the arms look a bit too skinny, hmm. Comments and criticism appreciated.

It depends on what you intend.

 

Cartoons are often surreal and not realistic, so they can pretty much go anyway you want them to be. If you are aiming for that, then I like it because it has a unique style. (Although I don't watch much TV anymore, so don't quote me on that.)

Thanks Killerred005. After sleeping on it, I like the more surreal look and simple style, so I'm going to keep it for now.
