cowmaster187 Posted August 6, 2011 Share Posted August 6, 2011 i cannot seem to start this mini quest. and i have not yet finished it i know that for sure. i have tried going to see if the wizard is still in reldo's library but he is not. my guess is at some point is tarted it but never finished it.
