Baffler Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 Heya, I did this quest the other day (following the guide) and when I got to step 3 I was confused for a minute as I could talk to Golrie through the bars, but he wasn't saying what he needed to say. It turns out that you need a key, aptly named 'A Key' to unlock the gate so you can talk to him inside the room. Step 3 currently states: Head to the western part of the dungeon and ask Golrie about an anti-illusion device. He has boxes and boxes, all sent to him by his grandfather. However, for me it would have been more helpful if it was something like: Head to the western part of the dungeon and ask Golrie about an anti-illusion device. He has boxes and boxes, all sent to him by his grandfather. To enter the room, you will need 'A Key' from the Waterfall quest (can be obtained by searching crates in the room to the west).
