Tips, tricks & notes:

 

You have to talk to the Zamorak Mage north of Edgeville at least once (during or before the quest), else he will NOT show up in the temple in the Southeast corner of Varrock.

 

 

EDIT: Just noticed this has already been mentioned in the guide itself. Although, you might want to mention it a little earlier, so people don't run to Varrock when they're actually supposed to be in Edgeville. (like me) :)

Not sure if you mean USA or not, but it's Ground Floor, near the King. (not up the ladder)

I've moved the Zamorak mage note to the beginning of that paragraph, and I've changed the first floor to ground floor following the UK standard.
