My levels for these 2 skills are

 

57 agility

50 theiving

 

i need to get them both to 64 for a quest that i need to do before or on sept 6th. This quest allows me have 2 spirit trees which grants a nice amount of xp for farming.

 

So what is the best way to get them up quickly

Agility - Wildnerness course - don't bring anything valuable

Thieving - Master farmers and/or Guards (Varrock, Falador, Ardougne)

Also, do penguin points each week and tears of guthix if they are your low skills.

 

Bring summer pies to heal plus boost agility while at wildy course
