September 13, 201114 yr So, about half an hour before build tick this morning, I went to add a combat statue to my Citadel and was told I don't have the rank to add this. ...I'm the leader - that should be all the rank I need. Has anyone else run into this? When is the absolute last moment we can add anything to the Citadel? Do or do not...There is no try - Yoda
September 13, 201114 yr Moved your topic to a more appropriate location. Additionally, I removed the colour because it can be difficult for users to see on certain darker forum skins. :)
