Uses Increased casting speed of the Storm of Armadyl spell by 20%.

A magic damage boost of 15%.

Provides unlimited air runes.

Notes Completion of Ritual of the Mahjarrat is required to wield the staff.

The staff is not required to cast the Storm of Armadyl spell.
