New Elite Arrow Location(updated)

That I believe is a new location. if the link doesnt work its literally right by Sinclair Mansion. In the maples near a fairy ring. For me there is always a wolf wondering right near by. Also its by white flowers. And its not the maples in the dead trees its right past it right next to the creek/river.

Try uploading it to an image hosting site, such as photobucket, and then paste the direct link to it in image tags, like so:

Unfortunately we'll need an image with the exact location, preferably with the compass arrow interface confirming it is a compass location.
