for armour just take barrows melee defence like veracs skirt, helm and any top aside from veracs.

 

As for the weapon, it depends on what tactic you want to use. You could both do 'hit and run' where you should both use mauls and stay out of her range aside from when you make a hit

 

Or, the 'tank' method. One of you takes a rapier with shield (DFS/CKS/Ely/Div) and wall-walks her while hitting her occasionally to keep the tank. you could also use a CLS, I'm not entirely sure which is better but rapier helps you to keep the tank easier. The other should just use a maul and you should both have a rapier+defender switch for the minions.
