I see that you are redoing the guide and have not yet gotten to kandarin but I found one there in case you do not have it yet:

 

This is just north of the Thormac's tower between Seer's village and ardougne

 

This is one you missed in the "Fremennick Area"

 

This is just South-East of sinclair mansion

 

The final compass location is one that was missed in the Wilderness section

 

Level 19 Wilderness just south of the graveyard and just north of the teleporter

 

Finally, I found one orb scan that was missing from the whitewolf mountain section

 

I would describe this as "On top of the mountain, just before going down the ladder to the ice queen".

This is decidedly different from ones currently there
