right now, I'm about 20m away from 95 prayer (i can afford 92 prayer as of now)

 

Should i wait awhile longer since bones are still crashing, or just buy them as i go

 

Note that I'm using my spare cash, nothing too vital to my actual income

 

If i should get prayer up right now, what would be some viable methods to level it up?

you can. go to edit post which is in the bottom of your own post hit full editor and you can change the title

 

and i bought all my bones a while ago when they were 3k ea. if buy them a little bit at a time

I would say go for it! I too am in the process of getting 95 prayer.

Methods to level it up would just be Gliled alter + 2 lit burners & Dragon bones. If you really have the cash and dont want to go through 10k dragon bones, use Frost Dragon bones.
