D. V. Devnull
Hello again, everyone... So, this morning I went to log in to Tip.It Forums, but only to be suddenly greeted with a "Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch" dialog from my browser. Why? The cert is marked with "*.netdna-ssl.com" instead of the proper "forum.public.cdn.tip.it". Having denied connections in secure mode to that server, I was still able to log in, but the login page looked terrible. :( Anyway, I wanted to know whether that mismatched certificate (and the associated connections) are safe to accept, or if I should hold off until someone here can get that fixed... :?: ... Particularly since this can leave considerable security concerns for anyone who runs into this situation. ~Mr. D. V. "On the sidelines, running smack into those ugly bugs..." MageUK
This has already been fixed, the certificates would have been safe to add an exception for.

Awesome fix that you laid down there. And thanks for the heads-up about the certificates coming from the CDN server network. I'll remember that in the future if it happens again. :D ~D. V.
