November 15, 201114 yr So I have reset my password succesfully, and got this message when I click the link in the email. Unknown We didnt recognise that Tracking ID. Dont worry! This may simply be because youve entered the ID incorrectly. Try carefully entering the ID again. If it still doesnt work, wait a few minutes and try again. Go Back So today I did unlock account in case that was the problem and got a new password reset email with another tracking id. That one gives me the same error. I looked for an hour on jagex's website for someone to email and couldn't find anyone. Has anyone had this problem before or have an idea of where I can go for help? Last time I played was 4-6 years ago. Thanks!
November 15, 201114 yr Author Well I feel dumb, I was entering in my email address the whole time. Apparently you can enter your username as well, and that worked.
