So I have reset my password succesfully, and got this message when I click the link in the email. So today I did unlock account in case that was the problem and got a new password reset email with another tracking id. That one gives me the same error. I looked for an hour on jagex's website for someone to email and couldn't find anyone. Has anyone had this problem before or have an idea of where I can go for help? Last time I played was 4-6 years ago. Thanks!
