krshanks
Hey there, Tired of joining clans only to see that they're all droned out on skilling? So am I. I am starting a Bandos Specialized PvM Clan. Once we have a core set of founders we will create the clan. Basically once it's off the ground and running your clan list will just be a list of fellow Bandos hunters, this will make preparing a team so much faster. More profit's all around, less to no death. If you're interested please feel free to pm me here and msg me in game. Til' death, Freequency
The Observer
Since your group isn't focused around warring, I've moved your topic to Non Warring Clans. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Powerfrog
So it's basically gonna be a community where members can pick and choose their temporary duo/trio partners? I love doing bandos and i often want to go when my usual partners aren't online, so this would be perfect for me. Only real gripe with it is that it should have a set of minimum requirments, to keep only the true bandoers in. (Such as 120+ cb, 67+ summ, 70+ prayer) and then obviously when finding a partner you could have your own personal requirments such as ovls/turm/claws/torva/chaotics/yak etc. etc. The above levels are just suggestions of course. Exactly, and sometimes those partners get busy unlocking some other upgrade or goal level. It will make it to where once you log in, you can just start killing and meet up with who ever is short on their current run. And I agree there will be requirements to join.. but I first need a core group of players who understand the battle strategy. If you would like to be a founder of the Bandos Community please message me here and in-game when you see me. I am on multiple times daily.

Tip.it has already written a fairly nice manual.http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=bandos_stronghold.htm General Graardor Basic Facts (Bestiary Profile)Combat Level: 624 Life points: 2550 Maximum Hit:600+ (melee)300 (ranged) Attack Style(s): Melee and Ranged To be as immune to damage in the throne room as possible, you need the following gear or better: Aura: Reverence < Greater ReverenceQuiver: Saradomin Arrow (protection from Sara's followers)Helm: Verac's HelmCape: Zamorak God Cape (extra magic def bonus as well as protection from his followers)Amulet: FuryChest: Karil's Top < Armadyl topLegs: Bandos' TassetsBoots: Dragon Boots < Steadfast BootsGloves: Barrow's gloves < Goliath GlovesShield: DFSWeapon: A Chaotic Melee***** I use a CLS and it does wonders! It was made for Bandos Destruction. However, the rapier's stab may be more effective on his minions..Speacial Weapon: Enhanced Excalibur (def bonus and regeneration!)Ring: Warrior's Ring, Ring of wealth (Depending on group size) Dominion Tower Markers : After a certain stage the marker gives stat bonus's while in the Bandos Throne Room. NOTE: Basically the idea here is to have the highest range + magic defense as possible. If you can prevent his minions from doing damage to you, you can stay as long as you can protect melee.Making a war tortoise an excellent idea. Only lvl 67 summon requirement, yet can hold 18 items.. awesome while keeping that combat lvl low ;) Prayer'sProtect Item, Protect Melee, Piety Recommended LevelsAccess to piety, or curses90+ attack, strength, and defense85+ Magic80+ Range Items:Hammer, Saradomin Brew, Super Restores, Teletab (for escape) Summoning Pouches & Scrolls, Super's (Extremes + are ideal) Gear and prayers/curses will differ from player to player for optimum performance of assigned role. The goal here is to gather a group of friendly professionals who wish to improve their already existing Bandos encounters :) Til' death, Freequency
Powerfrog
Your recommended gear is kinda... Wrong. Aura: Vampirism or Penance > Greater reveranceQuiver: Zamorak Arrow (protection from Zamorak's followers) ((The best killcount locations don't even have sara creatures))Helm: Verac's Helm or Nez helm. None-tanker with good healing can afford to use a nez instead for higher strength. Cape: SW cape or fire cape huge prayer bonus or melee bonus with nice defense. Choose accordingly to other equipment and prayer bonus.Amulet: Fury > GloryChest: Karil's Top. (Arma gives negative melee stats)Legs: Bandos' Tassets or Veracs skirt, skirt for tank.Boots: Steadfast > DragonGloves: Goliath > Barrows (Make sure they're fully charged)Shield: Dragon defender (Extra damage speeds up kills and results in better trips)Weapon: Chaotic maul kills graardor faster than any other weapon. CLS with d defender is a close second. Speacial Weapon: Claws are ESSENTIAL for a good killspeed. If you don't have claws i doubt you'll be invited to many teams.Ring: Zerk ring (i) > Ring of vigour > Warrior ring (i) > Zerk ring > Onyx ring (i) > Warrior ringUse an ancient mace as your bandos item if you don't have tassets or BCP. Drop when you enter Graardor's room. Markers are only useful if you use overloads.

I was just passing on the info of how i take no damage as long as my prayer lasts (hence why reverence is the best choice). I'm not looking for just Twinked characters, although they are more than invited. Most players don't have enough cash to afford some of the top tier'd gear or overloads.. that's why we are here. ***On a side note if you already have a bandos community feel free to leave some suggestions and comments on what has/would make it better (Keep in mind this is not a gear debate forum)

The main thing that triggered it was you not mentioning claws... Without claws the trip will be much slower and in a duo you will often lose over 400 lifepoints just by having a slower kill, even poor people can lend a pair of claws for a few hours. As for making the community better, just be sure that everyone gets on with each other. Maybe hold some fun events such as a bandos mass, while not most profitable, it's a good way to get to know everyone and for people to see their potential partners in action for when they want to team in future. Always stick to coinshare in masses, people will get jealous and nasty if they don't get a drop, even if they don't display it immediatley. quitthegame
You say you want advice, but then when someone makes the obvious suggestion that 100% of pro bandoers use claws instead of EEE, you argue with him? Arguing over whether faster kills from claws prevents more dmg than EEE heals? That's debatable, but which is more useful in a crash/anticrash situation? Best of luck to you.
