Help with fps

Hi, i keep getting 3-5 fps everytime im on rs, averagely 2 or 4 and rarely 7-8. I have a laptop and using swiftkit so idk why i keep having such low fps please help. Thanks in advance =)

Turn down the graphics settings, you system probably can't handle them would be the general advice.

 

Also info on your graphics chip would be useful to give better advice.

I got my graphic settings down to lowest possible and on safe mode, graphic chip is intel® graphics media accelerator 3150.

You probably won't be able to get more fps than that with that weak of a graphics chip, unfortunately :S.

 

I would still try updating the graphics drivers and Java to see if you get an improvement.

How would i go bout updating it tho? like how to update it into what.

What operating system are you using? Windows XP, or Windows 7 (and is it 32bit or 64bit?)
