January 21, 200620 yr The only place like that I know of is in the members only shilo village. You can sell your fish at a shop there and buy feathers.

January 21, 200620 yr The place to do this is "Shilo Villiage" which is members only and has a quite hard quest you have to do to do it...The way you do it is...buy feathers only 100 is all you need.
