Heya,

 

the Legends Quest guide says this at the moment:

 

Note: You need at least 420 prayer points to do this. If you fail you will lose 50 prayer points, and you'll have to try again.

 

And also in the requirements for that section:

 

Required: Radimus notes, hatchet, machete, bullroarer, golden bowl, lockpick, pickaxe, cut gems (sapphire, emerald, ruby, diamond, opal, jade and red topaz), 1 Soul Rune, 1 Mind Rune, 1 Earth Rune, 2 Law Runes, 1 empty pack space, 420 prayer points

 

That is no longer true though, and I suspect it changed when prayer was multiplied by 10 a month or two back.

 

Here is video proof, where I bless the bowl with only 338 prayer points remaining.
