Basically, when your using any of the skill calculators and let's say I was 60 construction and i'm aiming for 62, the calculator says I can build things that require 61 construction.

The calculator's always been like that I believe. Basically, it shows that you can build at that level in yellow, and anything below that in green.

Because of the way that calculators are coded they'll put anything that you'll get access to while going after the level in green. I'll poke the calc coders and see if they can make it more clear, perhaps change those to yellow as well.

I'm working on a general update that will affect all calculators, and this is indeed exactly how the colours will function after said update - things that you unlock along the way to your goal will be coloured yellowish / orangey, instead of green. Please bear with us for the time being :)
