December 12, 201114 yr Nah jagex has stated time and again there's a reason you cannot note stuff away from the bank: It'd make training/gathering too easy for many skills. Would it make life easy? sure. But it'd totally ruin the economy and many skills and overall be a very very bad thing. Besides we have abyssal titans and pak yak's to remotely bank for us any how. December 12, 201114 yr It'd still be over-powered as you ability to remain camped at a resource infinitely is limited only by your supply of runes; which means many people could quite easily stay there solidly without banking for wekks or months on end.
