Is combat a skill? Like, if two people are racing to lvl 65, if one person makes it to combat, and the other makes it in woodcutting second, who won?

Combat is a combination of multiple skills. Attack, Defence, Strength, Ranged, Magic and Prayer levels all contribute to your combat level. It's not a true comparison to compare combat level 65 to level 65 woodcutting.

I think he means which would be faster to get 65 wc or 65 combat. It would be way easier for woodcutting since there is one skill to level. For combat, you need many things to contribute to combat.
