Title says it all. I'm willing to spend around 15m to 20m, but I'm not sure what pouches to make. Any advice/suggestions would be great :]

As a general rule, make the best pouches you can for the charms you have, using the lower charms first (golds, then greens, then crims, then blues).

 

If one of the pouches is too expensive for you to make with what you have, then downgrade to the next best thing, or make a bit more money.
