What's the best non-degradeable armor in F2P

I want to make quite a bit of money before members, so I was thinking iron + clay, since all it really requires is 15 mining. Any other ways?

Rune? There's that stuff from fog, the gauntlets and the shield, but those are degradable I think.

Rune armour. FOG rewards are degradeable, although gauntlets only degrade on death so they're worth getting.

 

Iron is probably the best way of making money, but to be frank just getting members will be worth it as you can make money far faster then. FAR faster.
