I can't 100% verify it myself but all info I've seen says this can ONLY be gotten from the engraved sarcophagus so might be worth checking/mentioning.

 

Also main point is this statue offers 1 item full recharge of sceptre as you mention, however you missed one awesome fact. You can use the statue on the sceptre (it might only work for god sceptre not 100% sure) and it will recharge it with no need to visit the Guardian Mummy
