Yes it is, but it doesn't give the option to use either the steel bar OR the clockwork mechanism.

Its always helpful to have the option of making it first, so I've added the clockwork mechanism as an optional item instead of a steel bar :) thanks for the submission, and you have been credited - changes should go live to the site soon :)
