I am planning to go visit the Aviansies in the GWD after I finish Eadgars Ruse quest, to train ranged and make some money; but my first trip to tie the rope ended in death because I forgot that I needed protection from all factions when entering I am have an unholy symbol for Zammy and the Blessed ring for Sara; but I don't have anything for Armadyl or Bandos, hence the question in the title.

 

Right now I have under 50K in my bank and I don' have anything I could sell to make money.

This, swap your unholy symbol for an Armadyl pendant, and whatever your shield is for an unholy book?

You'll need "As A First Resort" done for the pool and "Temple of Ikov" (Sp?) for the pendant.

I can't use the arrows because I am going to be ranging the aviansies, so I need that spot for my bolts, and I need five more Thieving levels to do do Temple of Ikov... though maybe grinding a bit is not a bad idea..., thanks for the idea for the granite mace, according to the wiki it sits just where I can buy one.

MY advice would be to wait to kill the avi's until you have a higher range lvl. 51 will be a pain to kill them decently at all.

:unsure: would it be that bad with range 51?

It wouldnt be horrible, but there are better ways to train range at that level. I would say get atleast 60 on yaks or spiders or something before going for the avi's
