I tried to do as much reading up on it as I could, but didn't find much. Basically, I want to know how easy or hard this is to get..

Basically what he said, but if you aren't going to use his method, it would take anywhere from an hour+ to maybe 3-5 or more depending on your skill. Honestly, its easier to boost up and get it then drop down again and just get it that way.
