Dodging Fireballs Method:

The fireballs always fall in same sequence and spot so once you learn where they drop at you will probably success in dodging them every time Sunfreet flys

Fighting Sunfreet

 

You basically need to survive and tank all his hits which will also require you to heal all the way by using saradomin brews as you can't bring any power-ups or protect with any prayers, so Ganodermic armor is the best option as the soak rate of the armor is perfect for his magic hits. so with the hit and run method in the following video you will basically be forcing Sunfreet to hit with magic attacks all the time to allow your Ganodermic to soak the damage of them. The we come to dealing damage part Goliath gloves is your best option as it provide fast crush hits where most of the other crush weapons are 2 handed which means they are slower than any normal 1 handed weapon and they won't allow you to use a shield while wielding them to add extra defence to your armor setup. another thing you would need to avoid is his roar attack when he stops his mage attacks or melee he will look like he is weak but in the fact he is preparing an attack against you which when you see that you should run to the center of the map to avoid being stunned by it.

 

PS: his magic is far more accurate than his melee but hit and run method is more effective than tanking the boss with melee setup as you will always end up stunned by his roar
