If you can find somewhere where a Salve Amulet (e), that would give some extra to your exp rate.

The monkey skeletons are very good for afking, and you can use a salve amulet.

Not certain when Void> Bandos, for dps, but I think bandos+ ardy cape works well, you gt stab bonus, as well as prayer, which increases staying power... Play around with different methods, see what you like best. :)
