when the Runescape website update occurred the Loyalty Programme page changed along with it. As such, the guide at the following address needs updating:

Given that the picture has changed, the paragraph underneath needs to change too, and I believe the following describes the page well enough:

 

On the left side of the page you will see a catalogue of rewards you can spend loyalty points on. The right side shows how many loyalty points you currently have, your subscription length, the next time you will receive loyalty points and how many points you will receive at that time.
